The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated 3rd Year Apprentice or similar experienced Painter & Decorator to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who already has a solid foundation in painting and decorating, takes pride in their workmanship, and is ready to keep developing their skills across a wide range of projects. You will work alongside experienced tradespeople while continuing to build confidence, speed, product knowledge, and finishing standards.

We are looking for someone reliable, willing to learn, and capable of contributing positively on site while upholding the quality standards that Emerge Painting & Decorating is known for.

What We're Looking For

·       Currently in, or ready to continue, a 3rd year painting and decorating apprenticeship or similar experience.

·       Practical painting and decorating experience with a good understanding of surface preparation and finishing.

·       A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and pride in doing the job properly.

·       Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions while growing toward more independent work.

·       Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.

·       Good communication skills and a professional approach on site.

·       Full or restricted driver's license
